The highlight of this Youngstown, Ohio band's otherwise over-rated album is the seventeen-minute title track which is full of acid guitar work and incorporates the group's own arrangement of When Johnny Comes Marching Home.
Curiously, on the label of the first single it says both of these songs are "from the L.P. The Last Supper". This was the working title for the album during the recording sessions.
Original drummer Paul Cassidy was replaced by Bob LaNave, and a new side was recorded containing the 17 min. The Only Truth.
